Amber Cosgrove-Lyman has been promoted to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) position at Las Vegas-based TheOfficeSquad, a full-service business support firm that offers bookkeeping, hosted and administrative services, executive suites, co-working space, virtual offices and other services to businesses of all sizes.
In her new role, Cosgrove-Lyman, a nine-year veteran with the company, will oversee all business operations at TheOfficeSquadās Summerlin headquarters ā 10501 W. Gowan Road ā as well as its new corporate-owned Henderson location at 2450 St. Rose Parkway. She will also help ramp up franchising efforts launched in June.

Cosgrove-Lyman came to the company from the restaurant industry. She started as a file clerk and receptionist with TheOfficeSquad, and eventually held roles in bookkeeping, sales, human resources, among others. TheOfficeSquad is expanding quickly and currently has 11 employees.
