HENDERSON – The Emerald Island Casino’s restaurant, Emerald Island Grille, has expanded its menu to provide more options for its guests. Just in time for the summer, the 24/7 restaurant has added breakfast specials, Sunday brunch, Steak House Saturdays, Slow Smoked BBQ Wednesday Nights as well as late night and early morning specials.
“As the Water Street District continues to see a boom in business, we wanted to make sure visitors new and existing to our downtown had more options for dining, especially during off peak hours,” said Tim Brooks, co-owner and general manager of Emerald Island Casino.
The late night and early morning specials run from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. and include fresh avocado scramble, chili verde burrito, chicken tenders & waffle, slow smoked beef brisket taco basket, pulled pork nachos and house made lasagna with garlic bread; all of these offered for $7.99.
If you find yourself at Emerald Island Grille past 7 a.m. and before 11 a.m. you will also be able to enjoy breakfast specials which include slow smoked hot links and eggs, Emerald Island breakfast skillet and California omelet; all of these offered for $8.99 or less. In addition, guests on Sundays between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. will have brunch options including Prime Rib roast beef hash skillet breakfast, Filet Mignon bearnaise benedict and Filet Mignon French roll sandwich; each option for under $10 each.
On Wednesday nights guests between 4 and 10 p.m. guests can enjoy slow smoked meats from our “Ole Hickory” Championship smoker using apple & cherry woods. On Steak House Saturdays the Emerald Island Grille offers three course dinner entrees fearing charbroiled steaks and fresh seafood with choice of soup de jour or salad. The dinner also includes freshly sauteed vegetables, choice of potato and dessert.
