RENO, Nev. — Broadbent & Associates, Inc. (Broadbent), a leading, full-service environmental, water resource, and civil engineering firm, announced the signing of the 2022 Nevada Wastewater Circuit Rider contract. The four-year contract renewal, valued at $368,000, was previously awarded to Broadbent in 2012 and 2015.
“We are delighted to have once again been selected for the Nevada Wastewater Circuit Rider contract,” said Douglas Guerrant, PG, CHG, CEM, president and principal hydrogeologist at Broadbent. “We have been serving the state in this capacity since 2012 and feel that we have been able to genuinely help rural wastewater facility operators in their daily operations. Broadbent will also be responsible for providing site operators with training, technical assistance and general guidance for running each facility effectively and efficiently. Inspection reports will be submitted by Broadbent to the state for review and record keeping that will include any recommendations they may have for necessary improvements.
