LAS VEGAS — TMS & Brain Health, a California-based innovative mental health center, will soon open its doors to a new facility in Las Vegas to bring personalized, cutting-edge treatment offerings to local patients who struggle with treatment-resistant depression and other severe mental health disorders.
Currently based in Los Angeles and Santa Monica, California, the opening of TMS & Brain Health’s Las Vegas clinic marks the company’s first expansion outside of the Golden State.
“For the past two years, we’ve demonstrated expertise in personalizing treatment protocols for individuals with various types of mental health disorders in Southern California,” said Ben Spielberg, CEO and founding neuroscientist of TMS & Brain Health. “Opening this clinic in Las Vegas is a great opportunity for us to expand into an area of the country that’s currently suffering from a combination of high population growth, mixed with a severe lack of high quality mental health specialists.”
TMS & Brain Health specializes in a number of cutting-edge treatments, such as transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), ketamine infusion therapy, and psychiatry. The new clinic will offer its full slate of treatment protocols when doors open this month.
The cutting-edge treatment options TMS & Brain Health offer have shown to be effective in aiding patients that suffer from a wide range of mental health disorders, including patients that did not experience adequate relief through traditional methods or who were bothered by side-effects of medication.
“We are very excited to be bringing a new wave of mental health treatments to Las Vegas,” said Judith Leitich, medical director for TMS & Brain Health Las Vegas. “Mental health here is a huge concern, and the Las Vegas market has unique needs for TMS and other alternative treatment options. Not everyone wants to take medication all of the time, so we are providing another avenue to help treat and support the mental health and wellbeing of those in our community.”
TMS & Brain Health takes mental health treatment a step further by assessing each individual patient it sees and creating a personalized treatment plan based on their specific symptoms, past experiences and goals. The wide range of treatment options TMS & Brain Health offers have provided prolonged symptom relief in patients that suffer from depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), Autism Spectrum Disorder and insomnia.
TMS & Brain Health Las Vegas is scheduled to open its doors for new patients on October 25. For more information, visit tmsbrainhealth.com.
