What Work Project are you Excited about in the Next Few Months?
We are very excited about our two new projects in North Las Vegas. Tropical 4 is a 246,000 square foot speculative industrial building that will deliver in May. Vantage North is a 300-acre industrial park that can yield over 4.5 million square feet. Infrastructure construction on Vantage North will begin in November, and we are already seeing interest from prospective tenants.
If you could have Dinner with any Fictional Character, Who would it be and What would you Have?
I would eat dinner with Darth Vader and have a Double Double combo at In-N-Out. He can’t eat with that mask on, so it would torture him.
If you had to live in Another Country for a Year, Which would you Choose and Why?
I would live on the coast of Montenegro. I’ve never been, and I hear it’s amazing.
