LAS VEGAS – Nigro Construction announced the completion of significant tenant improvements for Advanced Orthopedic Physical Therapy and Las Vegas Institute of Advanced Surgery (LVIAS) in Las Vegas.
The first phase of the project encompasses two 10,378 square foot buildings for Advanced Orthopedic Physical Therapy located at 7195 Advanced Way in Las Vegas. Designed for flexibility and comfort, the new space houses a physical therapy area and multiple exam rooms. Advanced Orthopedics offers both state-of-the-art facilities, as well as the most advanced surgical techniques, including minimally invasive microscopic and arthroscopic surgeries. Phase two of this project is currently underway consisting of the build-out of a 13,000 square foot surgery center, owned by LVIAS.
According to Nigro Construction Inc., there are only a few contractors in Southern Nevada that truly understand the state and other regulations required to build such medical facilities, and Nigro is one of them. Nigro specializes in value engineering and design/build for physicians and practitioners looking to customize their own medical practice facilities.
“As the city continues to grow, we have found that many of our medical clients are looking to design with upgraded efficiencies for an overall better patient experience,” said Michael Nigro, president of Nigro Construction. “It’s a growing area of our business and something we’re uniquely qualified to handle.”
