Dayton’s Granite Pointe to Host New Homes Tour Saturday, October 5

WHAT: Granite Pointe is a new Dayton, Nev. subdivision that boasts three home designs with open floor plans and spacious living areas. Starting in the low $300s, Granite Pointe homes range from 1646-1950 square feet, 3-4 bedrooms, 2-2.5 bathrooms, and have two-car garages. The “Digs ‘n’ Dogs”-themed event will show off the new digs via home tours, and offer hot dogs and the fixins’, drinks and door prizes.
On site will be industry professionals who can answer questions about down payment assistance, the mortgage approval process and how to reserve a new Granite Pointe home.
