Who in your life has been instrumental to your success?
My family, they are my motivation and my driving force each day.
What was your first job?
In 1992, I began working in the real estate brokerage business, which evolved into real estate development by 1994.
What career advice would you give to your teenage self?
Make it all about those around you and don’t make it about yourself.
If you had to live in another country for a year, which would you choose and why?
[I would live] in Germany. My father lives there and I am of German descent. I also feel it is one of the most beautiful places in the world.
If you could have dinner with any fictional character, who would it be and what would you have?
I would have dinner with Superman, and I would order kryptonite.
What would be the title of your autobiography?
Perseverance
What three words would you want your worst enemy to use when describing you?
Persistent, tough and honest.
What do you want your legacy to be?
That I was passionate about life, and the opportunity that each and every day presented.
What was the toughest lesson you’ve learned in your career?
Money can not be your why.

Master the details and know more about the details than anyone else.
What is your favorite thing about living in Nevada?
I enjoy exploring the hikes and trails of Red Rock Canyon with my family on the weekends. With a variety of trails that differ in level of difficulty, there is something for everyone to enjoy. It is also conveniently close and offers an escape from the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas.
