The multi-tenant, 10,080 square feet Industrial building is situated on 1.15 acres and is located in Carson City. Mumm Investments DBA Custom Sign and Crane will occupy a portion of the building and continue to lease out a portion of the other suites in the facility. The building provides yard space for outdoor storage and quick access to Reno, Carson and the Highway 50 Corridor.
