Biggest Business Challenge:
I believe the biggest challenge in the financial services industry is helping people set a realistic course of action for their financial future and supporting them to stay on track. There are so many uncertainties that affect people’s lives today that make staying on course difficult. The challenge of “having it all” now, while planning for the future is a stretch for most people.
What Do You Like Best About Your Job:
I get to work with wonderful people who have great stories to share about their lives. Getting to know each one as an individual and assisting them in achieving their goals, objectives and dreams is extremely rewarding. When you help someone’s dreams come true – what could be better than that?
How Do You Spend Your Time When You Are Not Working:
I’m a prolific reader and always have a book to curl up with at the end of my day, to help me unwind. I belong to a book group to share ideas. I like going to art museums, attending plays and concerts. I enjoy cooking and entertaining. My children and grandchildren are the hub of my life.
What Would You Like Your Legacy To Be:
I would like to leave my family with the strength to overcome opposition and hard times, the courage to persevere, the curiosity to try new things and the faith to know that they are and will always be loved.
