LAS VEGAS – Olive Crest has appointed Chad Brown and Mario Heidke as the newest members to its Board of Trustees. Since the organization’s inception in 1973, Olive Crest has transformed the lives of nearly 200,000 abused, neglected and at-risk children and their families. The organization works tirelessly to meet the individual needs of kids in crisis by providing safe and loving homes, counseling, and education for both youth and parents.
With over two decades of experience in hospitality marketing, Chad Brown serves as the Chief Marketing Officer of JC Hospitality, owner and property manager of Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. In this role, Brown oversees brand growth and marketing penetration for JC Hospitality, as well leads the integrated resort marketing team and internal agency for Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. In addition, Brown is a mentor with the University of Nevada, Las Vegas executive mentor program and an executive committee member of the SRS Distribution Las Vegas Bowl.
As a dedicated human resources executive, Mario Heidke serves as the Vice President of Corporate Human Resources of Caesars Entertainment. In this role, Heidke is responsible for enterprise-wide human resources strategies and oversees daily human resources operations of over 2,000 corporate employees. Heidke serves as a keyadvisor to property operators by providing his expertise and coaching to human resources leaders, property general managers and regional presidents.
