LAS VEGAS, Nev. – More than a dozen of the Las Vegas Valley’s leading community organizations will present meaningful employment opportunities at the Work With Purpose Nonprofit Community Hiring Event on Saturday, April 23 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Opportunity Village Oakey Campus.
People who are interested in working with purpose, serving the community, and helping Southern Nevada thrive are encouraged to attend and learn about a broad range of career opportunities and supporting positions at major nonprofit organizations.
Participating organizations support a wide range of community needs, including but not limited to food security, housing stability, early childhood and youth development, transportation, domestic violence, and workforce development.
Sixteen nonprofit organizations will be featured at the hiring event:

- Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada
- The Center
- Communities In Schools of Nevada
- Goodwill of Southern Nevada
- HELP of Southern Nevada
- Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada
- The Neon Museum
- Nevada HAND
- Opportunity Village
- SafeNest
- The Salvation Army Southern Nevada
- Three Square
- United Way of Southern Nevada
- Vegas PBS
- YMCA of Southern Nevada
Altogether, the participating organizations are seeking to fill open positions serving a wide range of important roles, including jobs in management, administration, operations, and client support.
