Chicanos Por La Causa (CPLC), a leading community development corporation that provides bilingual and bicultural services, is proud to host the grand opening for its Las Vegas office and Minority Business Development Agency center on May 3.
The new Las Vegas office will provide training and resources with its programs in education, health and human services, housing and economic development. The location will also serve as the learning center for the organization’s YouthBuild program that helps youth ages 18-24 shape their self-confidence while gaining viable life and vocational skills.
The CPLC Las Vegas office also offers HUD-certified housing counseling services and SBA business lending programs. Additionally at the same location, CPLC Prestamos CDFI, in partnership with the U.S. Department of Commerce, operate the Nevada MBDA Business Center to help minority-owned businesses access capital and contracts to expand at home and abroad.
