With a revamped menu designed, Mariposa Cocina and Cocktails is now featuring modern twists on traditional Latin food, as well as a mix and match menu for patrons to sample a variety of food items and special drinks.
From March 17th-March 31st, Mariposa Cocina and Cocktails will feature St. Patrick’s themed empanadas filled with corned beef hash, lime vinaigrette slaw, sour cream, pickled onions and habaneros.
Also featured on the mix and match menu are carne asada tacos, roast beef hash tacos and nachos with choices of carne asada, roast beef or corned beef hash paired with patrons choice of a mini margarita, shot of Irish whiskey or a bottle of Guiness for $12.00.
