Over 12 years ago, Trosper saw a gap in the Nevada market where companies with complex marketing challenges needed professional resources to overcome those challenges. The certification requires a business to be at least 51percent owned, controlled, operated and managed by a woman or women according to WBENC’s website. The vetting process is both lengthy and thorough and requires businesses to provide proof of female management and control including providing documented evidence of female contribution of capital and/or industry expertise.
