As the newly elected president of the Commercial Alliance Las Vegas for 2022, Angelina Scarcelli announced plans to continue enhancing what has become one of Nevada’s largest organizations for commercial real estate professionals.
Scarcelli, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM®), is managing director of real estate management services in Nevada for Colliers International.
She said her goals for CALV during her one-year term as its president include “expanding our educational offerings specifically for commercial real estate professionals.”
She also looks forward to “doing more to mentor the next generation of people entering the profession,” while also promoting initiatives by CALV and others to increase diversity and community service in the commercial real estate industry.
Scarcelli is well-suited to further CALV’s mission of bringing the industry and its leading organizations together for the benefit of all. She took over as CALV president starting Jan. 1, 2022 after serving as CALV’s president-elect in 2021. She has also been a CALV board member.
She has earned several industry awards and held leadership positions in other local organizations representing commercial real estate professionals, including the local chapter of IREM, the Institute of Real Estate Management, where she served as president in 2018-2019.
In addition to representing the nearly 700 members of CALV, she also serves as the regional vice president for IREM, representing Nevada and four other western states.
