The new office, which will serve as a second headquarters for the company, is located at 555 W. Turney Ave. in the heart of the city.

Currently, the firm is handling several mixed-use, heath care, multi-family and land development projects in the Phoenix area.
Grand Canyon Development Partners first opened its doors in 2005, first as a residential and commercial general contractor. In 2009, it rebranded and restructured into a full-service real estate development and construction management company.
