LAS VEGAS – B&P Advertising, Media & Public Relations recently added four new professionals to its advertising and public relations teams. The agency also promoted two longtime ad executives.
Art Directors Chris Jones and Rowena Castillejos have joined the company, both bringing a wealth of experience to B&P.
Jones has a long history in Southern Nevada media, beginning his career in 2001 with Greenspun Media Group, working with both Las Vegas Magazine and Las Vegas Weekly, before moving on to WENDOH Media, where he directed the groundbreaking MGM Grand exhibit, “CSI: The Experience.” Other past clients include Air Force Reserve, Capitol Records and House of Blues, among many others
Castillejos has been a graphic designer in Las Vegas since 2012, starting at MGM Resorts International’s ARIA resort before joining the MGM corporate team from 2015-2017. Most recently a senior graphic designer with MyDailyChoice, she has led branding campaigns and art direction for public events, digital assets and websites.
Newly hired Senior Account Executive Jennifer Tang is a seasoned marketing professional with 25 years of industry experience. As an account supervisor for DDB Associate Agency, Hawaii’s largest and leading marketing agency, she managed multiple clients in numerous industries. Most recently the regional marketing manager for the Las Vegas division of Beazer Homes, Tang is experienced in planning, developing and implementing targeted marketing initiatives.
Joshua Mattern is B&P’s newest public relations account executive. He brings an extensive background in the public and private sectors to his role at B&P. He was the chief legislative bill editor for the State Senate of West Virginia for five years, before coming to Las Vegas and the gaming industry in 2015. Since then, he has worked in corporate communications and marketing for gaming giants MGM Resorts International and Las Vegas Sands.
“As our business grows, so does our team,” said B&P President Chuck Johnston. “Each one of these new team members brings their own unique skillset and experience to B&P. Our clients will benefit greatly from their expertise.”
In addition to hiring new team members, B&P also promoted two current executives, including Cathy Vo, who was promoted to senior account executive, and Shannon Sarver, who was promoted to associate creative director.
“Cathy and Shannon have both excelled throughout their time with the agency, demonstrating they’re more than ready to take on these additional responsibilities,” Johnston said.
