Las Vegas law firm Naylor & Braster has received a Tier 1 ranking for Appellate Practice and Commercial Litigation in the U.S. News & World Report and Best Lawyers “Best Law Firms” 2022 edition. This is the eighth consecutive year the firm has been recognized.
“It is an honor to be recognized as one of the leading appellate and commercial litigation firms in the United States,” said co-managing partner Jennifer Braster. “Our firm prides itself on our experience and top-quality representation and appreciates the recognition every year.” The firm has been recognized in “Best Law Firms” since 2015.
U.S. News’ notable legal designations undergo extensive selection processes that include peer reviews, analysis of feedback and eligibility checks. Firm eligibility also requires the firm to have one attorney listed in the current edition of Best Lawyers.
Naylor has practiced law for over 35 years. He is a former U.S. Air Force judge advocate and served as an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association, specializing in construction matters. Since 2015, he has been a volunteer attorney handling issues on behalf of active-duty military personnel for the Nevada Attorney General’s Office of Military Legal Assistance.
Braster has been practicing law since 2006, focusing primarily on commercial litigation, consumer finance law, appellate law, and animal law. Through her litigation practice, Jennifer strives to advance the protections to animals in Nevada. She serves on the Nevada State Board of Oriental Medicine and previously served on the board for a local animal rescue. Braster has repeatedly been recognized as a top attorney in the state, having been named to the Super Lawyers’ list of exceptional Nevada attorneys every year since 2010.
