RENO, Nev. –The Club at ArrowCreek is nearing completion on its much anticipated $60 million renovation and is assembling a high-caliber team to match. The Club has hired a member relations manager, a food and beverage manager, an assistant food and beverage director and announced a promotion to banquet manager.
Amanda Barham joins The Club at ArrowCreek as member relations manager. Barham, a Northern Nevada native, brings four years of sales, marketing and event planning experience. She previously served as a member of the sales and marketing team for Schaffer’s Mill and Lake Club in Truckee, Calif and most recently as marketing manager at RedHawk, part of Troon Golf Management.
The food and beverage department at The Club continues to grow with the addition of Erin Nichols, food and beverage manager. Nichols brings years of culinary experience having been involved in the expansion of the Peppermill Casino and as mixologist for Tahoe Mountain Club.
Virginia Rash brings more talent to food and beverage as assistant food and beverage director. Rash has more than 11 years of experience in the industry beginning her career with Four Season Hotels and Resorts, St. Regis Aspen, The Westin Snowmass Resort, The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa Avon, Colorado. She attended The Art Institute of Colorado attaining her bachelor of arts degree in Food and Beverage Management and Culinary Arts.
Former purchasing manager Luis Blanco has been promoted to banquet manager where he will bring his background in hospitality management to the new role.
