RENO, Nev. – RenoType, a direct mail and printing services company, is hiring Rebecca Berger as their newest customer service representative. Berger holds a comprehensive background in promotional services and advertising and has managed more than 3,000 clients over her career spanning more than 25 years. Berger joins the team after Reno Type’s recent acquisition of CDMS, a full-service logistics, document management and promotional company headquartered in Sparks, Nevada.
“We are pleased to welcome Rebecca as an integral member of the Reno Type family” said Kurt Hoge, president of Reno Type. “She displays a genuine care for preserving and improving client relationships and is eager to develop new ones. We are excited for her to lend her expertise toward ensuring outcomes for Reno Type customers.”
Berger’s addition to the team comes at a time when the promotional services industry is working overtime to procure supplies in order to satisfy customer requests. Rebecca’s addition increases the customer service team to three, enabling Reno Type to continue excellent customer service in line with its recent growth.
Berger has lived in the Reno area for 30 years and has worked with locally based companies such as Swag | Blue Moon and Pacific States Communications. “It’s been my principal concern to establish a sense of empathy and human connection through my years of interacting with customers,” said Berger. “I am committed to maintaining the strong foundation of trust and connection RenoType has with their clients by continuing to listen to their needs and expediting solutions.”
