LAS VEGAS – TSK Architects in association with TVS Nevada Inc., Simpson Coulter Studios, Carpenter Sellers Del Gatto Architects, KME Architects, and TSK’s consultant GRN Vision, earned three coveted Green Globes® for New Construction certification on their work for the Las Vegas Convention Center Phase 2 Expansion. Administered by the Green Building Initiative (GBI), Green Globes is a nationally recognized green rating assessment and certification system that ensures projects meet clearly defined criteria in seven assessment areas: Project Management, Site, Energy, Water, Resources, Emissions, and Indoor Environment.

In recognition of sustainability efforts executed during the design and delivery process’, Las Vegas Convention Center Phase Two Expansion sought Green Globes® for New Construction certification. Pursuing this certification demonstrates the company’s commitment to current and future building operations best practices, occupant health and wellness, and reducing carbon emissions.
Design partners for the 1.4 million square foot addition include: Simpson Coulter Studio, Carpenter Sellers Del Gatto Architects and KME Architects.
