In the midst of a $60 million renovation, The Club is hiring for multiple positions
The Club at ArrowCreek has hired a director of event sales and a director of food and beverage. The new team members will help lead the private golf course and country club as it continues to undergo a $60 million renovation project that includes a transformation of the Club’s full-service clubhouse, multiple new dining options and a new meeting and event space, available to rent by the public.
New director of event sales, Andy Bomberger, CPCE, is a recognized leader in the meetings and events industry. In his new role, Bomberger will help clients find the perfect ArrowCreek venue to celebrate at a higher level, including The Club’s the brand-new event space, The Vista, due to be completed this winter.
Over the course of his career, Bomberger has worked in special events for Nevada Museum of Art, the only accredited art museum in the state of Nevada, and in hotel sales for Whitney Peak, the first non-smoking, non-gaming luxury boutique hotel in downtown Reno. A Reno native, Bomberger received his degree in Hotel Management from UNLV. He serves as the chapter president for the National Association for Catering & Events (NACE) Reno-Tahoe Chapter and serves on the Reno Philharmonic Board of Trustees.
Nubbia Greninger will be serving as director of food and beverage. Greninger developed her passion for hospitality and culinary arts in Lima, Peru, where she was born and raised before moving to the Lake Tahoe area in 2008. With more than 15 years of food and beverage experience, Greninger has honed her expertise working for companies like Northstar California, Tahoe Restaurant Group and the Ritz Carlton Lake Tahoe. Most recently she served as director of food and beverage for Tahoe Mountain Club.
