LAS VEGAS – Nigro Construction, a longtime Las Vegas contractor, was on the winning team when refurbishing the Westgate Flamingo Bay Resort, with Westgate Resorts earning a 2021 American Resort Development Association (ARDA) Award for the Las Vegas timeshare property in the “Resort Design Division.”
The ARDA Awards celebrate the top performers in the timeshare industry. They consistently recognize the best nominees submitted in categories including product design, resort design, overall professional excellence, sales and marketing, advertising, promotion and communications.

Nigro’s team designed and remodeled each resort room. Tenant Improvement refurbishments included new paint, drywall, kitchenette remodel, cabinets, countertops, bathroom remodel, new showers, jacuzzi tubs, plumbing, minor electrical updates, new appliances.
