ioneer Ltd (ioneer or the Company) (ASX: INR), an emerging lithium-boron supplier, is pleased to announce it has made three key appointments to its US operations team as it advances the development of the Rhyolite Ridge Lithium-Boron Project (Rhyolite Ridge) in Nevada.
Rob Stepper has been appointed ioneerās Director of Process Engineering. Rob joins ioneer from Coeur Mining, Inc, where he was General Manager of the open pit Rochester silver-gold mine in Nevada for the last decade. During his tenure, he oversaw the significant expansion of Rochesterās production and mine life. Rob is a metallurgical engineer and served as an executive committee member of the Nevada Mining Association (NVMA) for seven years, including a term as NVMA Chair in 2019/20.
Sasha Meyer has been appointed ioneerās Director of Mining. Sasha was the Technical Services Manager and Chief Mine Engineer at US gold-silver producer McEwen Mining Inc, and was recently Project Manager at the Ruby Hill open-pit, heap leach gold mine in Nevada. A mining engineer, Sasha has held senior engineering, safety, environment and technical services roles and has made significant improvements to mining engineering systems and business processes.
Kori Breschini joins ioneer as Director of Supply Chain Management. Kori was previously the supply chain manager at Nevada-based gold and silver producer, Hycroft Mining Holding Corporation and, prior to that, held senior procurement roles at Barrick Corporation and Sibanye Stillwater. Kori will lead ioneerās supply chain strategy and execution, which includes managing suppliers, procurement and inventory management on site at Rhyolite Ridge.

Rhyolite Ridge is expected to produce an average of approximately 20,600 tonnes per annum (tpa) of lithium carbonate, or approximately 22,000 tpa of lithium hydroxide, along with approximately 174,400 tpa of boric acid over the 26-year mine life.
