LAS VEGAS – Colliers Las Vegas announced industrial brokers Brian Riffel, SIOR and Tyler Jones of Riffel | Jones Industrial successfully secured a $5,634,500 transaction on behalf of their client 5th Dimensions Investments LLC.
The purchased property is a ±29,500-square-foot industrial complex located at 1965 Pama Lane in the Las Vegas Airport Submarket near Eastern Avenue and Sunset Road. The two-story property is a freestanding building constructed in 2011 that features 11 dock loading doors.
The Airport Submarket is an extremely desirable location due the plethora of nearby amenities, workforce demand and easy access to the valley’s major freeways that offer quick access to several local, regional and out of state destinations.
