RENO, Nev. – Helix Electric, the largest merit shop electrical contractor in Nevada and throughout neighboring states, will host its Inaugural Charity Golf Tournament at Wolf Run Golf Club on Saturday, June 19. The proceeds from the tournament will benefit three local charities: Nevada Humane Society, Washoe CASA Foundation, and Reno Ice. This year’s event will unite local businesses to support local community organizations.
“We are proud to host our first tournament in Reno and support these critical non-profits who help shape better lives for the northern Nevada community,” said Victor Fuchs, president of Helix Electric of Nevada. “This is a way for our company and our employees to give back to the local community along with our business colleagues. The charities for this tournament were selected by our staff members and we are proud to donate to their incredible causes.”
The June 19 event is completely full with more than 100 supporters scheduled to participate. Registration begins at 7:15AM and shotgun starts at 8:00AM.
“To continue to show Helix’s commitment to the Reno community is an honor and privilege, said Cody Kinnison, vice president of operations. “We are looking forward to collaborating with our local business partners to ensure these organizations continue to receive the support they need as they work diligently here in our hometown.”
