Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas (CASLV) is pleased to announce the accomplishments of the 2021 graduating class. This group of students committed to distinguished universities throughout the nation. The class of 2021 also received the highest ACT average in the school’s history.
“This past school year presented many challenges that our students have proven to overcome. I could not be prouder to see this graduating class move on into what I believe will be nothing short of a successful future and esteemed careers,” said Ercan Aydogdu, executive director for CASLV. “Hearing great news from many universities across the nation along with one of the highest ACT average composite scores throughout Nevada, is a testament to our facility, staff and parents who have been there for our students every step of the way.”
CASLV Sandy Ridge student, Caden Denning will be attending Stanford University in the fall and majoring in human biology on a pre-medicine track, with a minor in public policy. The Class of 2021 have received acceptance letters from prominent universities such as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cornell, UC Berkeley, and countless others.
The STEM focused education at Coral Academy has prepared students for success in a variety of trades. Students from this graduating class have been accepted into the Colorado School of Mines, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), and more.
The class of 2021 has achieved the highest ACT average as a class in CASLV history. Students achieved a composite score average of 24.8 and have qualified for the highest amount of scholarship money as well, totaling close to $10 million.
