LAS VEGAS – Cure 4 The Kids Foundation (C4K) announced that Jacquie Rosen has joined its preventative medicine department as a speech language pathologist therapist.
Rosen earned her undergraduate degree and her master’s degree in speech language pathology from the University of Nevada, Reno.
Since finishing graduate school, Rosen has spent her professional career in various settings providing speech, language, cognitive, feeding and swallowing services to patients ranging from newborns to older adults. She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and holds certifications in the SOS Approach to Feeding, Caring for Patients with Tracheostomy & Ventilator Dependency and Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing. She also has
conducted research for voice therapy and training in the transgender community.
“Jacquie grew up following her parents around local hospitals and clinics and knew she would become a part of the medical community as well,” said Annette Logan-Parker, president and CEO of Cure 4 The Kids Foundation. “She has dedicated her career to helping children ages birth through adolescence in their ability to socially interact with the world around them.”
