LAS VEGAS – Colliers Las Vegas’ Willmore Industrial Team announced it is representing long-time Las Vegas developer Miltson Consulting on leasing opportunities for one of the valley’s newest industrial development Mountain West Industrial Park, a $32-million complex in the Southwest Industrial Sub-Market of Las Vegas at 7210 West Post Road.
The Willmore Industrial Team has already pre-leased 40 percent of the project’s first phase which consists of three multi-tenant, dock-hi industrial buildings ranging from 7,150 square feet to 71,500 square feet. Situated on 16.5 acres of land, each industrial building features modern metal canopies, 10-foot glass office entries and 30-foot minimum clearance heights. Once the second phase is complete, the project will total nearly 500,000-square-feet.
Mountain West Industrial Park is surrounded by several amenities within the in-demand Southwest Sub-market including master-planned communities, restaurants and easy access to the valley’s major freeways including the 215 Beltway and Interstate 15.
