LAS VEGAS – PureCare Living, a Las Vegas-based healthcare management company, announced its newest skilled nursing facility Silver State Pediatric has submitted its licensing application and is pending its Life Safety review – the final phase of licensing before admitting its first patients.
Silver State Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility, managed by PureCare Living, is a $14.1 million state-of-the-art facility that will specialize in pulmonary and post-acute care for children with traumatic injuries as well as cognitive disabilities.
“Managing the opening of this facility has truly been a passion of ours as it will provide critical post-acute healthcare services to Las Vegas’ pediatric population which has been historically underrepresented,” said Daniel Mathis, chief executive officer of PureCare Living.
PureCare Living provides post-acute facilities with the following services to help ensure successful healthcare management:
Licensing processes for existing facilities
Consultation for new development or acquisition projects
Compliance support for state and federal licensing regulations
Coordination of state and federal plan reviews to ensure final operational inspections and licensing achievement
As a subsidiary of Insight Investment Partners, a commercial real estate investment and management firm, PureCare Living also partners with healthcare real estate developers and investors to manage and operate new post-acute facility projects in the southwest.
