Newmark Knight Frank (“NKF”) announces it has arranged the sale of a medical office property in Henderson, NV for $18.8 million.
NKF’s Director Mark Schuessler and Managing Director Mike Tabeek represented both the buyer, White Oak Healthcare MOB REIT, and the seller, Stable Development.
“The project’s impressive credit tenancy and highly-desirable West Henderson location are what attracted the buyer to this long-term investment,” said Schuessler.
Tabeek added, “West Henderson is uniquely positioned to benefit from the increase in development and tenant activity that is occurring in the south and southwest submarkets.”
The property, located at 2779 W. Horizon Ridge, totals 38,129 square feet and is located in close proximity to Dignity Health’s hospital campus.
