LAS VEGAS – Desert Radiology, a premier diagnostic imaging practice that has served Southern Nevada for more than 50 years, welcomes two veteran physicians and one physician’s assistant to its team, Osman M. Tahir, DO, Sameer Rehman, M.D. and Kristin Glen, PA-C.
Tahir graduated from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2010 and continued his medical training at the University of Texas Health Science Center. He also completed a vascular and interventional radiology fellowship at Christiana Care Health System. Tahir is a member of the Society of Interventional Radiology, American Board of Radiology, American College of Radiology and California Radiological Society.
Rehman is a Stanford University graduate of the LEAD Scholar Program, as well as an Aga Khan University alum. He completed his diagnostic radiology residency at Hartford Hospital as well as general surgery residencies at University of Connecticut and Hofstra North Shore Long Island Jewish. Rehman also completed a cardiovascular imaging and interventions fellowship at Stanford University.
Glen graduated from Touro University with a master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She completed clinical rotations in critical care pulmonology, emergency medicine, general surgery, internal and family medicine, obstetrics and gynecology as well as pediatrics. Glen is a member of the Academy of Physician Assistants and the Nevada Academy of Physician Assistants.
Desert Radiology is Southern Nevada’s largest resource for diagnostic care with more than 80 experienced radiologists. The practice operates 11 outpatient imaging centers and works closely with 12 area hospitals to deliver leading-edge services that include diagnostic and interventional radiology.
