LAS VEGAS – Doherty Industrial Group with Colliers Las Vegas announced a successful land transaction in North Las Vegas – one of the Valley’s most in-demand submarkets.
Doherty Industrial Group represented the buyer, Cheyenne Clayton DRI LLC, who purchased +/-39 acres of undeveloped land located near Clayton Street and West Cheyenne Avenue. The purchasing entity is comprised of SunCap Property Group and Diamond Realty Investments, Inc.
The complex will be named SunPoint West and plans include a six-building industrial park totaling 730,000 square feet of warehouse/distribution space with buildings ranging from +/-55,473 square feet to +/-238,057 square feet. SunCap recently developed SunPoint Crossing on East Cheyenne Avenue in North Las Vegas which was fully leased within twelve months of completion.
