LAS VEGAS – Colliers International Las Vegas announced Nicholas Gordon as its newest associate vice president and broker within its investment division.
Gordon brings a diverse professional background that includes more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and investor. He has served as Managing Director for Forstmann & co. Inc. where he oversaw multibillion-dollar international transactions.
In addition, Gordon co-founded Empire Commercial and Empire Trading International where he managed a multi-million-dollar redevelopment projects throughout Vietnam including extensive development projects in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
Gordon received his bachelor’s and master’s degree in marketing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas after attending culinary school at Boston University.
As associate vice president and broker within Colliers Las Vegas’ investment division, Gordon will push forward the firm’s services in valuation and advisory services, capital markets, project management as well as many other value-added services.
