The first building at Reno Experience District (RED) has officially opened its doors and is showcasing a fully furnished two-bedroom model that is equipped with all the high-end appliances and features every future resident will enjoy. The building will be ready for its first move-ins in January.
“With the opening of our model unit, we are excited to finally share with the public how special RED will be,” said Nate Johnson, Senior Vice President of Development for Lyon Living. “Each building at RED has a unique personality. The first building embraces the strong and raw nature of the materials it’s constructed from coupled with vibrant and playful colors and finishes throughout the interior and exterior. Needless to say, this is going to be an extremely fun place to live, shop, and visit as the units are thoughtfully designed, and its amenities will blow everyone away. Here at Lyon, we’ve never been more excited to open a new community.”
RED also released a new rendering of the bi-level fitness center that features floor-to-ceiling windows, a cardio loft space, and expansive turf area for indoor/outdoor workouts. Apartment floor plans for the studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units are now available as well. All units include spacious living areas, in-unit washer and dryer, wood-finish flooring, sleek appliances, and designer fixtures. The first phase will release 49 units and are anticipated to lease quickly.
RED will provide inventive living spaces coupled with experience-based community programming for residents, guests and visitors. Featuring an outdoor retail venue, 2-acre central park with a large LED video display and outdoor performance venue, and multiple rooftop lounges with sweeping views of the mountains, RED will play host to a multitude of events and performances throughout the year.
The master-planned community will include:
– 1,300 Luxury Apartment Homes
