Ava Rose Agency’s Food and Beverage Clients Raise a Glass to Welcome 2021 With New Year’s Specials and Promotions

LAS VEGAS, NV – Ava Rose Agency and their food and beverage client roster are bidding farewell to 2020 with an impressive lineup of New Year’s events, specials and promotions. 

Burnt Offerings (3909 W Sahara Ave Suite 10, Las Vegas, NV 89102)

Burnt Offerings, Nevada’s only OU Kosher Certified Restaurant, is featuring a Boneless Prime Rib Special that will be available for both dine-in as well as takeout on New Year’s Eve. Guests can dine on thick-cut prime rib, mashed potatoes and a side of vegetables for just $20.21. Reservations are required by calling (702) 848-2876. 

Cafe Americano (3570 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109 Inside Caesars Palace, 3377 S. Las Vegas Blvd Suite 2410. Las Vegas NV 89109 inside Paris Las Vegas)

Join Café Americano located at Caesars Palace on New Year’s Eve for a takeover with Drakes Organic Spirits, the largest capacity producer of non-GMO, gluten free, and USDA organic rum and vodkas in the world. Beginning at 9 p.m., guests will enjoy a live DJ, giveaways, specialty cocktails, full menu available for purchase and a live countdown to midnight. Admission is free with limited capacity due to the restaurant’s strict social distancing guidelines in place. Reservations are required by calling (702) 650-5921. 

JING Las Vegas (10975 Oval Park Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89135)

JING located at Downtown Summerlin® is hosting a chic New Year’s Eve masquerade party complete with a red carpet arrival, a six course premium dinner prepared by Executive Chef Thomas Griese, festive decor and a countdown to midnight. Standout features on the menu include Seared Diver Scallops made with Smoked Artichokes, Potato Puree, Parmesan Reggiano and Iberico Jamon. Tickets are $199+ per person, and must be reserved in advance by calling (725) 735-7172.

Blume Kitchen & Cocktails (3145 St Rose Pkwy Suite 120, Henderson, NV 89052)

Blume Kitchen & Cocktails is hosting an all white party featuring a live DJ, a dedicated New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day menu, and hookah and bottle service available for purchase. From 5 p.m. to midnight, guests can enjoy selections including an 18 oz. bone-in ribeye ($43), short rib agnolotti ($31) and seared halibut ($35). From 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., partygoers can enjoy dedicated brunch selections including table side cinnamon rolls ($10), a crab omelet ($26) and savory pancakes made with pear and brie ($16). Mariposa Cocina & Cocktails (2575 S Decatur Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102)

Mariposa Cocina & Cocktails is featuring a five-course prix fixe New Year’s Eve menu created by Executive Chef Robert Lomeli. Standout dishes include guacamole negro, empanadas de huitlacoche, an arugula y manzana salad, branzino a la veracruzana and a horchata panna cotta finale. The menu is $60+ and is available from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Reservations are required by calling (702) 476-3330.

The Stove (11261 S Eastern Ave #200, Henderson, NV 89052)

The Stove located in Henderson is launching a breakfast happy hour in the New Year. Beginning Fri., Jan 1 and every Monday, Tuesday and Friday thereafter, diners can enjoy up to half off signature menu items from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. including a traditional eggs benedict ($7.25), vegan chilaquiles ($12.25), bottomless pancakes ($10) and bottomless mimosas ($10). The Stove is open Saturday-Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Friday.
