PARTICIPANTS: Area restaurants have come together in partnership to support seniors who are food insecure in light of the Thanksgiving holiday. Together with The LGBTQ Center of Southern Nevada, an a-la-carte hot meal is planned for on-site and to-go offerings.
The following local chefs and restaurants that will feature special dishes include:

Herb roasted Diestel Turkey, Esther’s sourdough stuffing, sage and rosemary giblet gravy

Homemade Cranberry Sauce with raspberries & blackberries, French bread with whipped butter
Gina Marinelli – La Strega
Herbed mashed potatoes with grana Padano & Sicilian olive oil
Girair Goumroian – Meraki Greek Grill Las Vegas
Meráki Lemon Rice with Toasted Orzo
Justin Kingsley Hall – Main St. Provisions
Wood roasted rainbow carrots married with equal parts milk & honey
Green Bean Casserole – Fresh green beans smothered in a scratch made caramelized onion and mushroom peppercorn gravy
Jordan Camacho and Trevor Garrett – To Be Frank (TBF)
TBF Potato Salad – fried potato, Kewpie mayo, Dijon sour cream, Nueske’s bacon, scallions
TBF Banana Pudding – banana, vanilla espelette

Tri-color maple candied yams – a mix of orange sweet yams, white sweet potato and purple yams, slow roasted and glazed with maple syrup and sage and topped with brûléed marshmallow

Collard greens with maple-glazed lardons (garlic, sherry vinegar, shallots)
Fried sweet potato arancini
Sweet potatoes stuffed with marshmallows, rolled in frosted flakes fried and topped with sweet rum butter.
