As the entire world sheds the cloak of the global COVID-19 pandemic, it will be more important than ever for communications professionals to be strategic and focused with company or client messaging and storytelling. Communications strategist Ira Gostin presents lessons learned and ideas and thoughts based on his experience working with worldwide brands and organizations to tell their stories. The companies and clients we serve need to prepare for the new post-COVID economy.
Ira will share his three pillars of stakeholder engagement:
- Meticulously identify your complete stakeholder groups
- Ensure you are telling the right story to the right audience
- Ideate and prototype your action items for maximum results
A practitioner of the principles of design thinking, Ira will also show how he combines customer centric design with strategy to build actionable communication approaches to help companies move the needle.
Ira’s presentation will be available to webinar participants following the program.
Tuesday, October 13 @ 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.
