Construction of Poet’s Walk 18 began in September 2020.
SR Construction is proud to announce that it has been named the general contractor for the design and construction of Poet’s Walk 18. The project will consist of the ground-up construction of a 36,381 sq. ft. wood-framed facility. Once complete, the memory care facility will house 60 patient rooms and hold 72 patient beds.

This project will provide much-needed residential memory care services to the Northwest part of the
Las Vegas Valley.”
The design team, comprised of LRS Architects, Impulse Civil Engineering, Froelich Structural Engineers, Interface MEP Engineers, Meeks Landscape Design Group, and Glass & Leinard Interior Design has completed their work on the project and construction began in September of 2020. The project has a tentative completion date of July 2021. The developer for the project is Silver Companies.
