Joel Fountain, Nick Knecht and Baker Krukow represented the buyer, McKenzie Properties Management, Inc., in the land sale acquisition of 0 Double Diamond Pkwy and 0 Trademark Dr. The 6.4-acres, consisting of two vacant land parcels were purchased from Lainer Development on July 31.
McKenzie Properties acquired the land with the intention to construct three new state of the art industrial buildings this fall.
