The Professional Fire Fighters of Nevada (PFFN) are pleased to announce the recent appointment of new President Todd Ingalsbee. Additional changes to the executive board include: Mike Charlton as district vice president representing Henderson Local 1883 and Ryan Whitlock as northern district vice president representing Truckee Meadows Local 2487, Incline Village Local 2139, Sparks Local 1265, NAS Fallon Local F206, North Lyon County Local 4547, Elko Local 2423, and Elko County Local 5046.
“It is an honor to serve as president of this organization,” said Todd Ingalsbee, president of the Professional Fire Fighters of Nevada. “I congratulate the new members of our executive board and I look forward to the many achievements that we will accomplish together for our members across the state.”
Todd Ingalsbee currently serves as a fire captain with the Las Vegas Fire and Rescue Department. As president of the PFFN, he serves as a leader to more than 2,600 professional fire fighters working in 21 departments located throughout the state of Nevada. In addition to his duties as a fire fighter, Ingalsbee is a member of the Nevada Public Employees Retirement System (NVPERS) Board.
Ryan Whitlock has nearly 20 years of experience in the fire service. Presently, he is a fire captain and paramedic with Truckee Meadows Fire and Rescue. As district vice president, Whitlock’s responsibilities are to assist the president of affiliate Locals in northern Nevada in their representation within the organization and its initiatives. He also represents the Truckee Meadows Fire Local 2487 as secretary.
Mike Charlton is a fire captain with the Henderson Fire Department, where he has spent the last 20 years. Charlton also represents the Henderson Local 1883 as vice president and is the current chair of the PFFN PEER Support Committee. As district vice president representing the Henderson Local 1883, Charlton will work directly with the president of the affiliate local to ensure proper representation for current and future organization-based initiatives.
