Lipson Neilson has launched a Multijurisdictional Practice (MJP) team to help law firms, attorneys and corporate counsel comply with Nevada’s MJP regulations.
Lipson Neilson Partners David Clark and Janeen Isaacson have a combined 20+ years experience as prosecutors with the Nevada State Bar and respectively served as Nevada Bar Counsel and Interim Bar Counsel.
They know how licensing boards work from the inside and can use that knowledge to help law firms, attorneys and corporate counsel comply with Nevada’s MJP regulations. Mr. Clark helped draft some of Nevada’s MJP current regulations.
Joseph Garin, the Managing Partner of the firm’s Las Vegas office, opened this office and in doing so gained first-hand experience navigating Nevada’s MJP compliance regulations from the law firm side.
With years of first-hand experience, combined with an in-depth knowledge of Nevada’s MJP compliance process, Lipson Neilson attorneys are ready to help.
Founded in 1985, Lipson Neilson has grown from three founding members to thirty-six attorneys in Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, and Michigan. The firm is widely known for its excellence in the professional liability lines, offering invaluable insight and experience to clients across all industries.
