Locally owned, NDL Group, Inc. announced the completion of its construction project of the multi-use aviation complex,  All In Aviation in partnership with maintenance partner, Lone Mountain Aviation, at the Henderson Executive Airport (HND).

Serving the aviation needs in Southern Nevada, the newly developed state-of-the-art complex includes a spacious, two-story lobby, executive offices, flight training rooms, a conference room, an avionics workshop, a pilot shop, a parts department, and more. NDL Group Inc.’s scope for the durable 105,000 square foot complex, utilizing tilt-up concrete construction with pre-engineered metal building, features a 37,516 sq. foot main office and maintenance hangar, 16 “T” hangars for storing small personal aircraft and 9 box hangars that can accommodate mid-size business jets.  Additional design and build out projects included a taxiway construction per FAA and DOA guidelines as well as individual grounding system for airplanes.

“It was a pleasure to work with All In Aviation and Lone Mountain Aviation on this project.  I enjoyed this unique opportunity to combine my passion for aviation with my construction experience.  I have known Paul Sallach and Kenny Scherado for 10 years as personal friends and now also as valued clients. They share my common interests in aviation and community service.  It was my privilege to play a part in making their vision come to life and I am thankful for the confidence they had in NDL Group, Inc. to build this project.” says Nathan Schweigart, President and Founder.

In addition to appealing exterior landscaping, colorful CMU retaining walls for structural stability, the interior is also aesthetically designed with amenities such as polished concrete flooring, quality carpet, and granite and stone covered case work, located in the office area.

Safety features include high security DOA approved wrought iron and chain link security fencing, RCP storm drain and grates, an innovative foam-fire sprinkler system to include a 107,000 gallon underground foam/water containment tank, and (2) stand-alone emergency fire pump systems.

“We were hoping to find a contractor who had a passion for his trade, but also appreciated our passion for aviation,” said Paul Sallach, founder of All In Aviation. “We’ve been flying with Nathan for years, so we knew his love for aviation and his professional talents could be the perfect fit for our project. This unique combination made it a no brainer to have NDL lead the charge and take us to turn our vision into a reality.”

With a team of two full time superintendents and skilled craftsmen to provide custom, streamlined design-build services and efficiency; the project was completed on an aggressive 3 1/2 year schedule.

Known for its construction concierge, motto, this one-stop contracting company specializes in a wide range of construction service sized projects, large or small. Utilizing various Arizona and Nevada licenses, it allows the self-performing contract team at NDL Group, Inc. to perform a variety of multi-tasked jobs from design planning to final landscaping, rather than needing different contractors.

NDL Group Inc., offers comprehensive packages for construction services, including both new and refurbishment construction projects. Some of the contractor’s services include:  entitlements, design bid build, pre-construction, tenant improvement, development and service work order.
