Students from the College of Southern Nevada’s Videography & Film Program received 15 Student Production Emmy Award nominations from the Pacific Southwest National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.
The 15 nominations were the most of any college chapter in the region and they add to a recent history of great success for CSN’s program. With 88 nominations in the last six years alone the program has risen to become one of the best in the country.
“This is great news for our students, especially during these challenging times,” said John C. Aliano, director of CSN’s Videography and Film Program. “I am incredibly proud of our nominees, and I want to thank everyone at CSN for the hard work and dedication it takes to elevate our students to this level of industry recognition.”
Award winners will be announced at a ceremony next month.
