Roseman University’s Neighborhood Health Series announces a live special virtual Zoom with medical experts answering questions regarding COVID-19 on Tuesday, April 28, 5 to 6:30 pm. Sponsored by Clark County Credit Union, this virtual edition will answer guests questions about Coronavirus (COVID-19) and features medical experts: Tom Hunt, MD, Chair of the Department of Family Medicine at Roseman University College of Medicine and Director of the Family Medicine Residency Program at the Valley Health System and will be joined by Dr. Christina Madison, Pharm.D., FCCP, AAHIVP, Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice and public health and infectious disease. Together they will provide insight on everything from how COVID-19 spreads, how to prevent catching it or infecting others, how antigen and antibody testing work, and more. This live, virtual Neighborhood Health Series will be presented using ZOOM. All registrants will receive a link to join by 4:30 pm on the day of the event. Also, Roseman Pharmacy faculty and student volunteers assembled COVID-19 Care Packages for our pharmacy students currently out on rotation working in the community. The care package consisted of a mask, hand sanitizer and a 3D printed Mask Mate which helps take the strain off wearing a mask all day. The 3D Mask Mates were printed at theHenderson Campus!
