Executive Chef Jainine Jaffer Makes Decision To Adapt Surrounding The Risks Associated With The Foreign Illness
LAS VEGAS, NV – Shiraz Las Vegas has implemented an in-house delivery service due to the concerns surrounding the Coronavirus to better serve and accommodate their loyal guests and customer clientele. With recent reports of a second presumptive positive case in Clark County, Executive Chef Jainine Jaffer decided it was time to adapt for her customer’s sake, and are taking preemptive measures to provide their Halal-Indian and Mediterranean signature offerings straight from their kitchen to doorstep.
“In light of the recent concerns about the Coronavirus and hesitancy to eat out, we are quickly adapting so our diners can continue to enjoy our great food in the comfort of their own homes,” said Jaffer. “Patrons will be able to simply place an order via our website and we will handle the delivery in-house.”
Sanitary methods are also being enhanced inside of the restaurant in light of this health topic and the launch of an online delivery portal. The restaurant is also elevating their methods of sanitation by wiping down door handles and seating areas more frequently than before. Shiraz is also encouraging wait and kitchen staff to wash their hands more frequently and use hand sanitizer on breaks.

Jainine Jaffer, Executive Chef & Catering Specialist of Shiraz Restaurant, has had an insatiable love and passion for food, flavors and creativity from a very young age. She has always loved being in the kitchen and continuously dreamed of new recipes she would later bring to life.
She is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Las Vegas, where she mastered the art of French cuisine and technique along with the ability to refine and expand her current versatile culinary skill set.
