The Nevada-based electrical contractor finishes work on the two-story office project.
Helix Electric, the largest merit shop electrical contractor in Nevada and throughout neighboring states, recently completed work on the new WeWork at Town Square. The project consisted of standard electrical work throughout the two-story office space that totaled 43,000 sq. ft. per floor.
“Our on-site team completed the interior electrical work on a fast-paced timeline that required great attention to detail and ample coordination between other trades to meet the set deadline,” said Eduardo Hoyuela-Alcaraz, project manager at Helix Electric. “We are honored to have been the electrical contractor for this project, and to have had the opportunity to work with quality partners and an incredible client.”
Helix Electric began the interior electrical scope of work in June 2019 and completed the project in January 2020. The scope of work included the installation of switchgear, emergency lighting inverters, owner provided light fixtures and a Lutron wireless lighting control system.
