LAS VEGAS – Wet’n’Wild Las Vegas announced the appointment of industry veteran Patrick White as the water park’s director of food, beverage and retail.
White will oversee the overall direction of food, beverage and retail operations at Wet’n’Wild Las Vegas. His responsibilities include menu development, kitchen design based on elevated functionality, excellence in guest service and attaining food, beverage and retail sales and profitability goals.
Born and raised in Las Vegas, White has been working in the food and beverage industry locally for 12 years. He began his career in 2009 at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino as a food and beverage manager at multiple venues. Most recently, White spent five years at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas executing multiple new openings, including the launch of one of the busiest Starbucks on The Strip, the grand opening of the cult favorite Eggslut Restaurant, and finally the launch of Block 16 Urban Eatery & Food Hall, encompassing six food venues opening at once.
Wet’n’Wild opens on April 4 and plans to remain open through the end of September. It is located at 7055 S. Fort Apache Road, near the 215 Beltway and Sunset Road.
