LAS VEGAS – Nigro Development and Nigro Construction announced the completion of a new hotel – Fairfield Inn by Marriott – located in the Centennial Hills area of Las Vegas.
Fairfield Inn by Marriott is an 87-room, limited-service hotel encompassing a total of 49,918 square feet. The four-story building includes a breakfast buffet for guests, a pool and 20 suites among its 87 rooms. Located off U.S. Highway 95 and Ann Road in the northwest part of Las Vegas, Nigro officials said it will fulfill a much-need niche for such hotels in the area.
The Fairfield Inn by Marriott is the first new hotel built in the Centennial Hills area in the past 15 years. It will serve Las Vegas visitors and locals, including those visiting the nearby Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center, whether their visit is related to training doctors or medical staff or visiting family and loved ones.
“Given its proximity to medical facilities in the area, this new hotel will give patients and caregivers a closer, quality-brand option for those receiving medical treatment,” said Michael Nigro, president of Nigro Construction and Nigro Development.
